Maximum installs achieved after fresh OS install

I recently activated MalwareBytes Premium and I had a problem with my Windows 10 Pro, therefore I had to do a completely fresh install from my USB drive. When I downloaded Malwarebytes, it came up with the message

"The usage level has exceeded the maximum installations allowed. There is a problem with your license key and we are unable to activate your license"

 

When I clicked Deactivate other devices an error came up and it wouldn't allow me to. Is this fixable? I sent in a ticket but I thought I would get an opinion here too.

You need to wait on the ticket.  This is a long holiday weekend here in the US.
