Adware.Elex.Shrt.Cln: can't be removed, keeps coming back

Hello,

I have a tiny adware problem. It's Adware.Elex.Shrt.Cln. I tried the usual: Threat Scan, Custom Scan. Malwarabytes finds Elex every time, but then, after I quarantine it, it comes back, notably while I re-launch Google Chrome. Restarting my machine and repeating Threat Scan does not fix this.

Seems like a pesky bugger, this one!

I have added the required logs.
