PUP SearchModule and Spigot keep coming back on Chrome WebData

I woke up this morning after leaving my PC running overnight and Malwarebytes suddenly told me I have some PUP on my comp[uter. I keep deleting it and run the scan but it keeps returning.

I tried everything I found online and I even deleted Chrome and reinstall it. The whole thing is gone after deleting Chrome, but came back after installation.

I have well over 80 "other search engines". I can't sit here for half an hour clicking away. There has to be a better solution; there should be a way for MB to resolve this without me doing this.

In that case, you'll need to wait for Malwarebytes to release a fix. The issue is actually with Google Chrome sync feature. It is so "locked" that it allows malware to gain persistance easily on the Google Chrome account settings they alter.

You can always add the Web Data file to the exclusion list of Malwarebytes, but this isn't a recommended solution.
