Website Blocked 255.255.255.255

Recommended Posts

@TonyCummins that issue was addressed as it was an improperly formatted rule in our database causing the issue. This new issue is  simply a UI issue, we're reporting things when we shouldn't be reporting them, no blocks are actually happening.

Hi guys,

We are seeing six machines with the dropbox blocked message on 255.255.255.255.

For now we will uninstall Dropbox as it is annoying the end users but what can be done for them to resolve this?

We are using the Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection cloud system. I have pushed an updated ("check for protection updates") and run a scan+quarantine, nothing has changed.

255.255.255.255 is temporarily excluded, again.  Due to dropbox and svchost.

Please let us know when this issue is resolved.

Thanks.
