SVCHost.exe outgoing - port 68 to 255.255.255.255 BLOCK

Malwarebytes keeps popping that a website is blocked: SVCHOST.EXE port 68 to 255.255.255.255.

I am having a similar problem. Also from the same ip address:

Port 17500

Outbound

C:\Program Files (x86)\Dropbox\Client\Dropbox.exe

Please advise!

Any resolution to this, I now have 4 different clients complaining against the same issue.
