As of just a little while ago, i am constantly bombarded by a warning popup about ex\cnminsst.exe.  
After a little digging, i find this is referring to a file dated 2012 seems otherwise legitimate. 
Looking around on the internet, i see NO references to this being a rogue file. 
But before i exclude it, i would like someone to confirm this is a false positive.
