Cannot create/access "My Account" to change old unused email addy

I bought my first lifetime license with an old email addy that I can non longer access. This means I cannot receive the intro email to create/access "My Account". I've set up a "My Account" with my current email, but have no way to connect it to my existing and in-use MB account (I have my license ID and key).

Any help welcomed.
