Mbamswissarmy.sys BSOD crash

Again I have experienced a BSOD crash on my Windows10 64bit system, Page Fault in Non-Paged Area, file Mbamswissarmy.sys .  I am currently using MWB 3.3.1.2183, Component pkg v1.0.236, Update 1.0.3293 . These crashes only seem to occur on or near 2am.

Hello @StoweK,

It looks like your scan are set around the time that the crashing is occurring. Let's start by ruling out a few things and I'd like to see a dmp log

Upload a log from C:/Windows/minidump .. try to get one around that 2am crash time if there are different times/logs.

 

Secondly, could you try adding exclusions to your AVG product, just to ensure that no conflicts are happening:

Once exclusions are set, perform a computer restart and run a manual scan (with rootkit scanning enabled). If crashing continues at that point, boot to safe mode and do a manual scan with rootkit scanning enabled, see if crashing is occurring in safe mode as well. Let me know what you are able to find out.
