Foreign language ads on google and youtube. PLEASE HELP!!

Hi, I'm dealing with this problem for some time now so i decided to ask for help. I have absolutely no idea why, or how this happened but these ads are killing me. The internet is running really slow and the ads are everywhere. On youtube I can only close them using inspect element. They are in foreign languages like fckin swedish or smt, german, even russian. Please...help me.
