Lots ofweb pages blocked after firefox upgrade.

Dear Support,

I am getting lots of web pages being blocked with the domains tn.symcd.com.

It doesn't seem to matter where I surf, the messages keep popping up that web pages are being blocked and they are out-bound connections.

Are they likely to be false positives?

Thank-you, that did the trick. I was thinking about that but it told me that databases were up to date. I assumed it was but remembered that if I do a scan, it will first check for new databases. Thankyou as now there are no more bloody annoying pop-ups, that was sending me insane!

BTW Porthos, what are your views on Eset Smart Security or do you think windows defender and MWB is enough?

True but windows defender has always been the black sheep of the anti-malware community. I take it its no longer as shitty as it used to be?

It has come along way. But since it is there and uses fewer resources I consider it the backup to MB.  MB is doing the heavy lifting. I also encourage safe web habits.
