So i got a nasty virus on my windows 8 pc. At first it start moveing slow and very soon when I opened the google chrome the whole pc freezed. I tried to go safe mode in order to delete the virus faster but was even worse, the pc freezed when loaded inside safe mode. Somehow someone helped me to make my pc start normal again because useing msconfig I made my pc load only inside safe mode and when it loaded the pc was not working at all. I runned malwarebytes and all other programs like adwCleaner, jrt, rkill, tdsskiller because I was fallowing a youtube tutorial but it did not worked.I also runned SuperAntySpywareProfessional(it found 1900 files....I deleted them but pc still freezes when I open chrome) the problem is still there. And when I tryed to delete de malware withe malwarebytes the program first placed those 5 file in quarantine and then I chosed to delete those file but when I check the folder where those files are still there.
PS: Internet Explorer works and pc does not freeze so the problem is just with chrome....
How do I get rid of this virus
Do I have to reinstal my windows?
If I uninstall chrome and delete all files will I get rid of this virus?

I do not have premium, I runed mawarebytes useing duble click....didn't do right click, run as admin ....
I got angry an just deleted everything that was relatede with chrome, everything inside c:/..../localData..

Just reinstalled chrome, the pc did not freeze but when the computer resterted you could see that the files on desktop were flashing for a second so that made me thought that the virus is still there...

I do, but now that I deleted all the chrome files I don't think that it will find anything, but I will give it a try. Still, if there are leftovers from that virus and cannot detect them, what can I do in order to remove them? If I pass some files to another computer via google drive, what are the chances to infect that too? dosen't google drive have somekind of antivirus that tells me if those files are clear?

Ok so I scanned my pc again, found no malware when I used malwarebytes, then I scanned again with SuperAntySpyware (found some files...I don't know if they were really infected but I deleted them just to be sure), then I runned Ccleaner, but there were not improvements. The virus activates when I connect to internet...you can see the icons from desktop start refreshing ....do you guys have any ideeas? Where the root file is hidden and how to find it? Anything?
