Upgraded to Premium - password not recognised?

I just upgraded from free to premium, and now I cannot access the settings without a password.  I assume this is the same password as my web account as I was not asked to enter any other passwords - however the web account password is not being accepted...?

This is now blocking sites and I have no ability to control


Please advise
