malwarebytes keeps detacting the same adware over and over

today i booted up my laptop and a malwarebytes notifcation saying it just found and removed 5 threats i looked at it and they were all the same adware then i decided i should run a threat scan but then it found 3 more of the same adware and told me it has to restart the computer so it did that and it booted again then i decided to run a scan again and same results this kept going then i only found 1 of it then i found zero so i ran another scan to make sure its just zero then after that i thought i was good then after an hour i decided to run a scan again just to be sure then it found 1 more i just restarted my computer and iam scanning it at the moment i also tried a windows defender full scan with no results i use malwarebytes free and everytime it finds a new one and i got to my browsers setting it always tell me a program corrupted some settings i use chrome as a browser

So I went to the log and found out that the thing is in the app data for chrome so I uninstalled chrome and reinstalled it yet the thing is still in there
