All you need to do is tell Kaspersky it Add to Exclusions when it detects the hidden driver installation . I'm not a developer or part of the Malwarebytes' organization, but as I recall Malwarebytes' installs its driver in this manner to be able to detect threats that might try to hide from it such as rootkits.
