We have a file which is part of a software package that we market which has been detected by MalwareBytes as a false positive. Several antivirus vendors including Norton, McAfee, and Kaspersky have already whitelisted the file. How do we get it whitelisted by MalwareBytes, so that our clients do not run into issues with it?
