Laptop Constant Reboting and Frozen Automatic Pair Blue Screen

Thought I'd try out Malwarebytes Trial v3.3.1, wish I hadn't now. It ran the scan and found 3 PUPs and other that I can't recall it's name but after rebooting all I get now is my laptop rebooting every time without going into Windows10 or even loading the BIOS. There is a quick flash of a DOS type black window then it reverts every time to the Automatic Repair Blue Screen stating "Your PC did not start correctly" talk about obvious. It runs an automatic repair each time but it just reboots to the same screen. That's it my laptop's dead?

Can you advise anything please?
