newfolder.exe keeps popping up after my antivirus deletes it

Hey. I use panda antivirus. I noticed a New folder which was an application and tried to delete it, The anitvirus only then notices the virus which turned out to be a trojan horse and has deleted the file only for it to pop up again, I've run the panda cloud cleaner but it still keeps popping up.I don't know if my computer has been compromised or when it happened in the first place, If it has been compromised what should I do?Is there any way to remove it?
