Problems logging into my ccount

So im not really sure where to put this but ive been trying to logg into my account cause i reformatted my comuter  and when i tried to go activate my preimium license it told me that i had to many computers activated. This is the error message that its giving me when i try to logg into my account. Does anyone know if this is a known issue or not?

I had a similar issue, but after clearing my browser cache I was able to login.
