How do I figure out where this is coming from. I don't see anything unusual in Task Manager. WIndows 10 Pro X64 running Fall Creators Update, 16299.19. It was PID 3964 which turned out to be SVCHOST for Clover Service which I had installed 3 or 4 days ago. It's a File Explorer enhancer to gie it Tabs and a Favorites bar.
