License not activating after reinstall - need help!

Hello,

I've bought a premium version of Malewarebytes on September 18th, 2017 and received the license key and successfully installed it (on Windows 7). Everything worked fine. At the beginning of November I had to reformat my PC and reinstall my operating system. After that, I also wanted to reinstall my premium version of Malewarebytes. But when I try to activate my license/product key, I get the message that the number of activation has been reached. I have just installed once before on Windows 7. What can I do to reactivate my product (and my license/product key)?

Usually, support will take 2/3 days or more since support is busier than normal at this time to get to your request.

 Another option is to create a Malwarebytes Account using the following link: https://my.malwarebytes.com/en/register

If you have purchased the product from us, you can use the same email to register for the account.

Once you can login to your account you could deactivate on the device where your product was wiped off and reset your license key.

Let me know if that worked.
