Draw over other apps disabled

Malwarebytes running on Samsung Galaxy Tablet that says need to Enable draw over oter apps.  It is a Galaxy 5 but there is no setting to enable such an option.  How can I enable draw over other apps?????

@richhWould you mind attaching a screenshot after following steps below

- Go to dashboard

- Find "Draw over other apps"

- Click "Enable Draw over other apps"

App should navigate you to correct setting, if it is not directing you, your device might not be supporting this feature. But in any case if you can let us know, we can try to provide more help.
