Malicious website blocked (outbound connection)

I frequently get notifications from malwarebytes saying that an outbound connection to a malicious website has been blocked. I have scanned my pc and nothing malicious has been detected and I have no clue as to how these outbound connections keep taking place or if they are just false positives. I have attached 1 of the logs. Any suggestions or possible causes?

I would be interested in that answer as well.  I have been fighting that problem for days.

This could be an ad on your computer, or perhaps an extension in Chrome. Have you tried making sure all the extensions/applications in Chrome are legit?
