I tryed to reinstallate my free version and install the new one Malwarebytes 3.2.2. from the website but have the same answer about licence key. I have good internet connection and dont have other antivirus programs on my laptop.

In my account I can see that my Premium version is Activ.

Hello @korvalio,

  • Could you provide another "mb-check" log to make sure that your hosts file was corrected properly, or a copy of the hosts file will do as well.
  • Also, it looks like your DNS servers were modified, run the following in Admin Command Prompt and reboot the system.

Please note that if your TCP/IP or DNS settings were modified on the router, you may need to log into the router console and manage it from there.

ipconfig /flushdns
netsh int reset all
netsh int ipv4 reset
netsh int ipv6 reset
netsh winsock reset

Can you try accessing https://keystone.mwbsys.com in your web browser? Let me know if you get any errors when trying to open the site

These have to be removed from your hosts file that is located in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc in order for Malwarebytes to work properly

0.0.0.0 serius.mwbsys.com
0.0.0.0 keystone.mwbsys.com

Follow the instructions from this Microsoft Article on How to reset the Hosts file back to the default (Note: Instructions for Win10 is the same as Win8)

Also if you like, I have attached a default hosts file in the file called hosts.zip below.  You can download that file and unzip (extract) the file that is inside it and copy (and replace) the hosts file located in the folder C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc. When prompted if you want to replace the file do so.
