Pro Edition exceeds installs

I have been using Pro Edition permanent License for several years, I installed Malwarebytes download on a replacement Win7Pro Dell and it would not activate the license key said "installs exceeded" I don't show an install limit (personal use only) when I purchased it BUT I had four older PC's die that I was unable to Un-Install it from and one crash that I had to re-install it on, what can I do or do I have to buy a new subscription, previously I bought it a year at a time, also I was unable to pull up my account with my e-mail.

The lifetime version was/is for one computer at a time.
