Protection will not turn on

I have MB paid on 2 computers.  1 PC works fine.

The other will not turn on the real-time protection.   You can slide the buttons but it never turns on and sometimes an error pops up saying that it cannot be turned on. The only one that works is the 'Prevents Malware Infection.'

Because of this a box continually pops up telling me to 'turn it on.'. 

How do i fix this?

First,  this may be resolved simply by reinstalling the latest version over your current installation. Download here:

If that doesn't help please read and follow the instructions below and post back your log and we'll take a look and see what's going on.

Just a not, the buttons are not slide buttons, try to just click on it to turn it on instead of sliding.... also as mentioned above simply installing the latest version may help fix your issue.
