Malwarebytes Premium trial and full scan

I have an Idol 3 running 6.0.1. I installed the Malwarebytes Premium trial and every time i try to run a full scan it comes back to dashboard and says Critical issues found and that I have never run a full scan. I allowed MB as admin and the only thing I can find that MB says is a security risk is phone is not encrypted. thanks for your time.

Btw, Cmorettz, did you see that notification during a full scan or just after it?

Not sure. It only runs maybe 30-45 seconds, then I get the dashboard screen.

No, I haven't seen any crash report. There is some improvement though, I checked it today and it says last scan was Nov. 13. I didn't do anything. did you guys send an update?

I ran another scan just now and it still says last scan Nov 13. but it also says device is safe.

I took this screenshot just now .  I don't think it is really doing anything. It goes back to dashboard and says last scan Nov 13.

It looks it was scanned after database update (which we recommend highly). This scan is pro-active scan (can be disabled at the settings), and it makes sure your device is scanned agains the most recent threats.
