Windows 10 PC

I keep getting generic credentials for virtual/didlogical and SSO_POP_device.  From what I read they have to do with Windows Live essentials programs.  But I don't think I use any of those programs.  After those 2 credentials appear, some time later an Xboxlive credential appears which has a blank username.  I don't have and never had an xBox.  I do use Steam for games so maybe it has something to do with that.

So long story short, I disabled the Credentials Manager from the Services window.  Is this a safe thing to do?  I don't trust these generic credentials since I can't find any reason for them being created.
