Activation issues - Error Code 403

Checked previous threads but the support links seems to have stopped working. Could someone please provide the best method of getting in touch with the help desk?

 I have the same issue with one of my Lifetime Licensed Malwarebytes programs. I received some unconscious ideas from Customer support on another issue with an Upgrade popup, nothing that would help at all, but I never received anything for support on this Error 403. 

I once had customer support try and trick me into using a new Key code that would have turned my lifetime license into a 1 year Premium license....If you do contact them and have a Lifetime License, be careful as they could attempt the same thing on you.
