Malwarebytes on Windows update to new version doesn't always work right

I have seen this on the past 2 versions of Malwarebytes with an update to a new version and most of the files are missing from the Malware program folder.  It does not happen every time, but the fix I have found is to run the current installer again and the files are back and Malwarebytes can be run again.

I have seen this on Windows XP SP3 & Windows 7 SP1

I know 2 of the machines are Windows XP SP3 & a few others are Windows 7.  The update wiped most of the Program files, reinstall and Malwarebytes worked again.

Will grab the logs next time I am at the machines, and will attach the logs.

Not had a chance yet to get the logs.

Got the logs form one machine just after it did the same thing again for a 2nd time on the machine.
