Real Time Protection Layers Turned Off

I tried to go back to my original post, but it was moved from where I posted it, so I'm starting a new Thread.

Web Protection is turned OFF, and when I try to turn it On it just locks up in an ëndless loop"; I have to continually start and restart the program.

I'll do whatever steps are suggested, please help and/or ask questions, TY

First,  this may be resolved simply by reinstalling the latest version over your current installation. Download here:

If that doesn't help please read and follow the instructions below and post back your log and we'll take a look and see what's going on.

That DID work (TY!), however interestingly when it first came up, this time, Malware Protection was turned "off" while everything else was turned on... but, I just flipped that "on" it turned on instantly, and alls good now!!!

Glad it all worked out!  I would keep an eye on the program though.  There have been other posts on the forums about the real-time protection turning off again.  Just be vigilant.

Hope it continues working though!
