Almost there...but it keeps coming back

Recommended Posts

Hi and thanks in advance.

Had this problem for a while and thought I had cracked it with Malwarebytes, which detects and quarantines the threats ok. But as soon as I reboot they come back. Ive updated and done a full anti-virus scan with ETrust AV as well as updating and full scan with MBAM. The below log is the third scan and reboot, all results seem identical.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi tetaniwha and welcome to Malwarebytes.

Please don't bump your post; it makes it seem like you're already getting help, and as you've noticed, you were overlooked because of that.

Please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post please post the one that is not minimized.
