Web Protection will not start

Hello!

Running latest version of malware 3.2.x

Running Mcafee total protection and Mcafee safe connect.

 

However, I can't turn it on if it is turn on it stay doe a few second try all step re boot computer multiple time still no luck

Can you try installing the latest 3.2.2.2029 over your existing product and let me know if that worked.

Just download the latest installer from : https://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mb3

Run the installer on top of your existing product. No need to uninstall. Restart after.

Couple of things can be done if the Web protection is not starting:

1. Reboot your machine.
OR
2. Right click on the Malwarebytes system tray icon and click on "Quit Malwarebytes" and double click on the desktop shortcut to start the program again.

Downloaded this time the file you mention and did a reinstall and restarted window seem my problem is resolved thank you for the help
