The name of the threat is PUM.Optional.DisableShowMyComputer and it's a registry value located here: \SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\EXPLORER\ADVANCED|START_SHOWMYCOMPUTER What is this and what should I do? With no other detections I'm sure it safe to exclude this detection if you like and you're the one that changed it. You can let Malwarebytes change the value back to the default value that it shipped with from Microsoft if you like.
