Unable to contact license server - Server 2003

i have the same problem on my client server 2003, always getting that error,ive contacted support  but it seems not only me have this problem, we need offline activation for such things

I'm sorry but there is no offline activation. If the system is offline it's pretty difficult to get infected. It certainly can't get updates and we update several times a day.

Please read and follow the instructions below and post back your  log and we'll take a look and see what's going on.
