Malware Protection is off. Please assist

I have the same problem as the people above me.

Started yseterday, Web protection and Ransomware protection turn off by themselves after

I re set them to on and Yellow warning field keeps popping up bottom right of desktop stating:

Real-Time Protection Layers turned off

Have re set these protection fields and run complete system scans, but cant keep protection fields set to on.

In fact they say starting, but never do come on.

I borrowed pic from LCMinn as it is exactly my problem too.
