Unable to contact license server

I purchased the Premium subscription yesterday and have not been able to download it.

'Unable to contact license server.  Check your network settings' or contact your system administrator for help. are the messages I'm receiving. 

I found another thread on this and did what that one said to do.....I've attached to three files.  Thanks for any help!!!

You need to remove these from your hosts file.

Hello Sharath,

As Porthos pointed out, those entries do need to be removed.  If you aren't sure how to do it, I've automated the fix for you. 

Download the attached Fixlist.txt and save it in the same location as FRST64.exe.  Both the Fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe must be in the same location for the script to execute.

1. Double click FRST64.exe to launch the tool

2. When the tool opens, click the *FIX BUTTON*.

3. Once it has finished, try again to activate the license and let me know if it was successful
