Windows 10 crashed; license can't be rentered!!

Recommended Posts

This has happened to me before.  I have a volume license and if you are going to switch computers you have to unassign the license and reassign it on new computer. That's fine when you plan for the change BUT when the license is destroyed because the computer crashed you are stuck when you reload Windows and try to re-establish your legal license.  It will not allow you to do that even though it's the same computer!  Windows can do it?  Why not MalwareBytes?

I need a support person to step in here BUT I am unable to find any link to email those people on the support site.  Can someone help me with an email link to support?

Thanks

Thank you for your quick reply.  Unfortunately, I purchased this bulk license way back in 2010 directly from MalwareBytes, but about 2 years ago I lost my registered email address.  So even though I have re-registered under my new email address my existing licenses do not show up.  That's why I need a support person from MalwareBytes to contact me so I can sort this whole mess out.

I am 100% supporter of MalwareBytes but connecting to a support person is a daunting task.

Regards,

Paul

For licensing /reactivation issues, you'll want to reach out to our online support at

 https://support.malwarebytes.com/community/consumer/pages/contact-us

Usually, support will take 4/7 days or more since support is busier than normal at this time to get to your request.
