Computer freezes when I go on the internet

Hi

 

A couple days ago I downloaded a torrent. Turns out it was full of viruses. I ran Windows Defender Ccleaner and Malwarebyte and it detected 150 malwares and 10 viruses. Some of them being trojans. I deleted them and restarted the  computer and it ruined my computer. Everytime I started it my computer froze. So I formated the computer and installed windows 7. Everything was fine BUT as soon as I connect to the internet the freezing continues. What to do ?
