setting up my account

Recommended Posts

This is the second time I have tried to set up my accunt so I can use the act. key.  I set up a pass word and it tells me: You have not set up your account. Please check your email for instructions to set up your account.

I NEVER get that email.  Last time I tried was several weeks ago, don't think it should take that long for an email.

I finally setup an "Account" [ https://my.malwarebytes.com/en/login# ]   and don't find it all that useful.

It has Subscriptions, Preferences, Billing-Pmts, Order History, & Support Links, Other Products, etc., and NONE of THAT affects your use of the "Acct Key" for MBAM to function. Because I initially used another Email Address when Anti-Exploit existed and Purchased MBAM 3 LIFE with a new Email, the New "ACCOUNT System" shows my Anti-Exploit Key and upcoming Expiration Date.

Did you ever use Another Email Address with MBAM? THAT may be why you get the "No Acct Setup" Msg.

To the Point: [ "so I can use the act. key" ] ...... Means What ?
