I've encountered an issue where every time i search anything, it simply redirects me to Yahoo search. I've used malwarebytes to scan the PC and found nothing. AdwCleaner and JTR both didnt help either. Every time i search anything, it changes the adress to cleanerserp or something like that and then goes to Yahoo. (i've provided you with a GIF showing the issue- the o1hl8G rar).

The ;c RAR is the info that you said to give you in the thread.

Thanks for reading / helping.

Hello JabbaTheTrump,

Have you tried to change your browser's default search engine? If it still keeps redirecting you to Yahoo, take a look at what extensions you have installed and remove any unknown or unused ones. Might not help but worth a try

I've got no unkown extention / program, and my chrome is set to the normal page.

Also, i've reset my browser.
after a minute or two of trying to copy the link that appears for 2-3 seconds after searching in google, i found this link:
https://cleanserp.net
This is yet ANOTHER browser.

It seems that Cleanserp is known to be a questionable web service, I would recommend you to follow this guide, as it is a guide on removing the Cleanserp malware. If the guide did not help, I would suggest you use the Chrome Policy Remover and run it on your computer as administrator. (See this link if you are concerned about the legitimacy of this batch file). Then, do a reset of Chrome and restart it.

Reply as soon as you get any results.
