Malware premium pop-ups

I have Malware Premium and used an earlier version of Malware on another Windows computer and therefore am used to the popups when visiting a web site.  What I used to see was the option to "allow" on the popup which is no longer there.  Yes, the popup gives the site or file in question but most times when you select the new "exclusion" button in order to adjust exclusions, that brings up Malware software and I can't find the file it just found allowing me to exclude it from future pop ups or detection.  Has this changed.  It is very frustrating.

Web blocks are for protection. What sites are being blocked?

They vary but the last one was FedEx.  I typed in a tracking number and it blocked it from going back to FedEx.  The popups used to either "Allow" or "Quanteen".  Now "Allow has been replaced by "Exclusions" with direction to control Exclusions by opening the program.  But when I do, that web site or File name or "address" is not showing in the Exclusions list that I can OK.  That is what has changed.  Again, the popup used to say "Allow" or "Quarantine"  but no longer. At least it would give me the option to chose once it found a possible issue.
