What happens when you reboot your system? Does web protection start correctly?

I'm also experiencing same issue. Running W7 Pro, 64bit.

What have I done so far ...

Terminated Malwarebytes, restart, All protection ON, approximately 20 seconds later  "Web Protection" turns off.

Soft Booted .. Malwarebytes starts, approximately 20 seconds later  "Web Protection" turns off.

Cold Boot ...  Malwarebytes starts, approximately 20 seconds later  "Web Protection" turns off.

This could be a bug that happened during the upgrade process.... download the latest version of MB3 and simply install over the top once again.

Download Latest MB3 v3.2.2.2029 CU 1.0.212 ->>RIGHT HERE<<-

Tried this solution ...

Downloaded current version

Terminated Malwarebytes

Reinstalled current version over the top.

Malwarebytes went active ... issue has not returned for over 5 minutes. Program did NOT request a restart, I did NOT perform a reboot or cold boot.

Will monitor, if issues returns will respond to this thread.

Thanks guys

Well I thought I would try doing this before shutting down for the night.

I Quitted Malware on task bar and downloaded the latest as above.

Re-installed as Administrator and let it take its course.

And it seems to have cured the problem.

Thanks Firefox

Ok,

It happened again today.

But it appears to have happened after the MS KB4041676 (OS Build 15063.674) failed to install as it has done so many times. Googled about this and says this update has caused alot of trouble for some people with Blue screens etc.

As I had the MB3 download saved as said in my previous posts above, I did as before. 'Quit' MB and reinstalled as Administrator.

On restart during the reinstallation a Notepad post on my desktop appeared 'mb-clean-results' as attached below ??

mb-clean-results.txt
