I find a lot Pesistent Handler in my registry

Yes, these are normal elements of the registry's structure.  Those entries determine how your system handles the opening of/association of various types of files.  For example, how image files of different types are handled and the programs that are used for viewing them as well as editing them.  The same goes for text files of various types and all other kinds of files that you might come across when using your PC.

It's nothing to worry about and isn't malware.
