Malwarebytes Won't Scan

I'm new here but have had Malwarebytes for a while. I have a paid subscription but haven't been able to get it to work for a long time. It keeps popping up saying protection layers are turned off but I'm not sure how to turn them back on. I'm sure that my computer is infected. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Your logs indicate you have a very old version of the product namely "Malwarebytes version "

Can you please download the latest installer from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3

Run the latest installer on top of your existing product. No need to uninstall the older version.

The product should be fully functional after you upgrade to the latest version.

Please let us know if that worked.
