Unable to remove PUP.Optional.Legacy

I been trying to remove this for a few days now with zero success, Was wondering if I could get some help with it. I ran malwarebytes and it did not find any threats. With Adwcleaner keeps showing up. I attached the log files from both Malewarebytes and the Fabar scans. Any help would be appreciated.

Let's have you run the following please. The logs are indicating you have some locked files or zero-byte files that I don't think is true, but we should check.
