I purchased Malwarebytes Pro

I run install on my desktop, it goes well.

I run the program, it states "Unable to connect to service"

I ran MB-Clean and got the text file attached after it said it could not download the file.

I copied the download path in text file to my browser, downloaded, installed and same "Unable to connect to service"
