Transferring lifetime licenses

hi , i have buy malwarebytes premium liftime on 23/12/2015 , hi have format me desktop 3 x and this week i have upgrade my desktop and have a error and cant valid myn license liftime because sait my key to mutch utilise . Sorry bud it's verry bad from a programme dat must work with a liftime licence . If you wanth facture i can sent it in privée .
