Malware Premium Want my money back and get Free one bak

Want to cancel Premium and get free one back. My computer is all messed up from trying to DL premium to get free one back. Couldn't get an account set up. 

Need phone support hours. Thx.

There is no phone support.... you will have to create a ticket to get a refund if in fact you purchased it through Malwarebytes. If you did not purchase it and all you want to do is end the trial and get the FREE version simply go into MB3 -> Settings -> My Account -> End Trial

If you need to contact the help desk for a refund: Contact Help Desk ->>RIGHT HERE<<-

I actually talked to someone in support when I bought premium, believe it or not. She gave a number for tech support and I left a message. Didn't she 'know' that their is NO tech support phone that would be answered? How do I cancel premium/

UPDATE:     I talked to cleverbridge and  they said  they would discontinue premium and give money back. this was the billing site: cleverbridge. They have a phone. Thank goodness! Thx.
