License recovery without initial purchase email

Hey there, I am premium user. I updated to v3.2.1 and my license didn't carry through.

It has been a couple of years and I don't remember the license number.

I don't have the email account associated with with my purchase anymore. Is there anyway to recover my license?

Is it possible for me to downgrade, have a look at me license there, write it down and then upgrade it? Is there somewhere on my computer that the license key might be saved. Again, I have to go through this trouble because I don't have the email I signed up with. Thanks
