Time setting itself in advance, intermittent black screens

Screen goes black for 5-10 seconds, sometimes reboots, can still hear sound if screen returns. During this period the time also sets itself in advance by 30 mins, or hours ahead, on occasion it has even set itself to year 2184. 

I have replaced the motherboard and the power supply, and have occasionally got power state failure blue screens. I have logs from FRST64, WhoCrashed and Roguekiller. Roguekiller found PUM.Dns in the registry, but I understand this key is common and may be a false positive.
